CANCELATION POLICY

Full refunds will be provided less a processing fee if received in writing to [email protected], by the date listed below. No refunds will be granted after November 25, 2025. Registrants will receive confirmation and a refund within 14 days of receipt of their cancelation notice.

  • September 9 - November 4, 2025: Less a 20% processing fee
  • November 5 - November 24, 2025: Less a 50% processing fee
  • November 25, 2025 and forward: No refunds
